PERJURY

PERJURY
Five animals hold up picture cards about a hidden object. At least one of them is lying. You point at the answer. A courtroom deduction game with no words in it.

The cards go up one at a time. Each one is a clue drawn as a picture - a shape, a colour, a place, a count of legs, the letters of the word. Six figures sit on the table in front of you and exactly one of them fits every honest card.
You can point the moment you think you know, and the earlier you commit the more stars you get. Waiting for one more card is safety you buy with score. A wrong answer never costs you the clock: what an answer costs is the time you spent deliberating.

It plays in the browser. English and Brazilian Portuguese: the letter clues are derived from the word in the language you are playing in, so both sides generate real rounds rather than translated ones.
Controls. Mouse, touch or keyboard — arrow keys and Enter, or the number keys 1 to 9 to point straight at a tile. Esc pauses.
